In deze workshop leren deelnemers te werken met hun energielichaam, ten behoeve van meer vitaliteit, helderheid en ontwikkeling van de relatie met ‘inner wisdom’. Het onderwerp is aanpalend aan het Hekademos retreat programma. Direct toepasbare technieken worden uitgelegd en geoefend, gedeeltelijk in de natuur buiten. Docent: Annelies Hupkes. Hekademos fresh-up day for all previous participants: Sunday November 5th 2017. Location: Kortenhoef, NL. Het thema van de workshop is integreren van leven en sterven, verandering en transformatie. We werken net als in de retreat week individueel waar gewenst. Gedeeltelijk zijn we buiten. Het doel van deze workshop is meer energie creëren voor het leven hier en nu. Please know that in between retreats at any time we áre available to work with you via skype or telephone. This is true for new clients as well as previous participants.
